BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager for a San Francisco, CA - Remote opportunity.

• Assist with and contribute to global continuous improvement programs for S2P including processes, systems, and data management.
• Drive and assist with the S2P business process transformation roadmap and project portfolio with detailed analysis and support.
• Collaborate across functions and sites to harmonize requirements, assist in the implementation of solutions, and facilitate change management.
• Function within a global network of matrixed stakeholders, super users, and subject matter experts associated with S2P.
• Recommend solutions, provide analysis, and consolidate platforms to improve integration and to streamline processes in accordance with company policies and Finance objectives.
• Minimize the customization of solutions and advise on opportunities for standardization.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership with focus on Product & Engineering teams.
• Help drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management with impacted business areas.
• Assist in the design and execution of testing strategies and plans.
• Coordinate and support special projects as needed.
• Demonstrate an ability to improvise and adapt quickly, while ruthlessly prioritizing
