BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Staffing Associate 1for an opportunity in Redmond WA
Position Title: Staffing Associate 1
Location: Redmond WA, Hybrid
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 5 Months Contract
Job Type: Contract and Remote
Pay Range: $18/hr. - $20/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience- Proficient in MS office suite, clear communication, experience working in customer facing roles, does well with ambiguity and high volumes.
- Those have worked at events or administrative backgrounds would be beneficial | 1-2 years
* Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
* Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earning and supervisory reports on performance.
* Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information.
* Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers and other references to determine applicants' employment acceptability.
Skills:
* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word and Excel.
Education/Experience:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 0-2 years related experience required. Benefits:
