Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: [$55.00/Hr] - [$62.00/Hr]

Job Description:

• This position is for a Customer/1 Business Analyst is to translate the needs and issues identified by the business into technology solutions in the Customer/1 CIS application.
• This requires the analyst to understand the underlying business need, assess the impact of the need, capture, analyze, and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of those requirements to the users and the IT development team.

This includes the following business functions: Billing specialty

• Requirements Gathering
• Functional Analysis
• Documentation of Functional Requirements
• User Approval and Sign-Off of Requirements
• Development of User Acceptance Test Plan
• Development of Post-Production Verification Requirements
• Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers
• Support/analysis of production abends and end user application issues
