Expected Duration: 3+ months contract + Renewable

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [Onsite]

Pay Range: $35-$37/hr only on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

• The Onsite Administrators will perform various Printer Support Services at Kaiser Permanente locations in their territory.
• The onsite printer technician would be responsible for IMACD Services (Install, Move, Add, Change, or Decommission), system updates, e-mail updates and correspondence, ordering toner supplies and toner replacements.
• This technician would start the day by checking tickets and locations of needed assistance, ordering the supplies needed, and planning out which locations to visit that day.
• This technician should be prepared to visit 1-2 locations per day. While they will need their own transportation and cell phone, mileage, phone, and parking are expensed.

Requirements:

• Great customer service skills more than anything else
• 2+ years of experience overall in IT
• Strong communication and coordination skills, experience working face to face with customers
• Great troubleshooting mindset
• Reliable transportation and cell phone
