Job Description
We are seeking a Residuals Coordinator, Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ticket discrepancy resolution, SAP customer maintenance, and transportation management systems and a proven ability to execute accurate billing corrections, support collections, and deliver consistent month-end close activities.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve residual road and rail ticket discrepancies in partnership with the Energy Billing team, including processing corrections.
Handle return load memos and support the Collections team with invoice questions, coordinating with the Credit team as needed.
Maintain and update customer information in SAP and work within TMS to manage transportation-related data.
Resend invoices and agreements upon request and ensure accurate documentation.
Manage customer service emails in the shared inbox and partner with sales representatives to address ticket posting issues.
Perform month-end responsibilities, including closing expired contracts and pulling reports such as the trucked coke report.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with SAP for customer data maintenance and billing support.
Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) for truck logistics or ticket workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for discrepancy resolution and reconciliations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional partners, including Billing, Collections, Credit, and Sales.
Experience level: 2+ years in billing operations, transportation, logistics, or related customer operations roles.
Preferred Skills:
Background in energy, commodities, or industrial operations.
Experience with month-end close processes and operational reporting.
