Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $40-$43/hr.

[JOB DESCRIPTION]

Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer specializing in mobile support to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune Admin console, mobile device management (iOS and Android), PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Conditional Access. The role involves creating, managing, and maintaining mobile configurations, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and mobile application assignments. This is a 1 year remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Microsoft Intune Admin console to create, manage, and maintain mobile configurations, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and mobile application assignments.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for mobile devices (iOS and Android) to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications on both desktop and mobile platforms (preferred).
• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Conditional Access policies to ensure secure mobile access (preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize mobile device management strategies.
• Document configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate system records.

Required Qualifications:

• Microsoft Intune Admin Console Experience: Proven ability to create, manage, and maintain mobile configurations, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and mobile application assignments.
• Mobile Device Experience: Proficiency in supporting and managing iOS and Android devices.
• PowerShell Experience: Strong scripting skills for automation and system management tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Troubleshooting: Experience with troubleshooting desktop and mobile applications.
• Microsoft Conditional Access Experience: Familiarity with configuring and managing Conditional Access policies to enhance mobile security.
• Microsoft Intune Admin console experience (required) -Can create, manage, and maintain mobile configurations, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and mobile application assignments.
