Pay Range: $50.00/hr-$58/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

The primary focus of this role is to monitor and guarantee the timely execution of production and maintenance milestones for developer teams across various projects. You will work closely with a diverse network of content producers and developers to implement quality-of-life updates, streamlining processes to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful launches
- Coordinate with internal teams, including art, audio, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality output
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to management as needed
- Regularly check active projects to ensure they are operative as expected and flag any issues to key stakeholders
- Play an active role in various testing phases, from pre-certification to final launch, ensuring QA and performance best practices are implemented throughout
- Track relevant platform bugs and alert potentially affected development teams
- Demonstrate and promote high attention to detail when documenting workflows, schedules, and trackers individually or collaboratively
- Playtest new features for bugs and performance impact
- Conduct routine assessments of project status to evaluate system stability and performance metrics
- Monitor and document weekly project activities to verify the delivery and availability of all necessary assets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to launch
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines, including design, art, audio, and QA
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform development decisions
- Familiarity with Horizon Worlds and the metaverse entertainment landscape
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, game development, business administration)
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to launch
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines, including design, art, audio, and QA
- Experience with Unity or other game engines
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
