Position: Business Consultant
Location: Fort Mill, SC 29707
Duration: 4+Months
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)
Pay Range: $60hr-$63/hr

Job Category:
Duties: Responsible for bringing loan escrows and basic commercial escrows to a conclusion. Handles escalated issues, resolving more complex escrow issues. Draws instructions, balances closing, prepares documents for recording, issues check and closing statements. Manages the process for complex transactions, such as those involving multiple parties, as well as transactions where there are title, escrow and legal issues requiring resolution. Contact customers with questions and issues to resolve.
