BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst Remote opportunity.
Position Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr on W2

Job Title: Financial Analyst/Financial Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 Months (Potential chances for extension)

Job Description:
* Tracking H/WBS projects and forecasting spend vs actuals vs budget to ensure team is on target.
* Identifying any risks and opportunities in project forecast vs. actuals / budget.
* Tracking purchase orders for vendors. Tracking invoices to ensure they are hitting against SOWs/WO's in Fieldglass or Selectica.
* Work with accruals and forecasting for budgets. Work with value stream leads/POCs to ensure correct forecasting and invoicing is done in a timely manner.
* Accessing MyBuy and SAP S/4 Hana to track and retrieve information as needed. Investigate invoice past due, other items as needed.
* Ensure payment distribution. Working with the cross functional teams to ensure charges are being received/met.
* Working on a dashboard to manage projects (done in Excel).

Systems Used:
Excel PowerPoint S/4 Hana MyBuy Upon Others

Must Have Skills:
* Understand invoicing against contracts.
* Advanced Excel Skills (model, macro, and formula) Financial Analytics Reconciliation Ability to work with cross functional team
* Team & Key Projects:
* This role will be to report to the hiring manager and work with the project finance and project accounting teams. As well as the Fieldglass and if needed Procurement teams.

Candidate Requirements
* Looking for someone with at least 5 years in the financial coordination/analyst field.
