Job Title: Custody Asset Service Analyst

Location: Downtown Brooklyn, NY 11245

Duration: 4-month contract and possibility for extension and conversion to FTE

Pay Rate: $50/hr. On W2

Anticipated start date: ASAP

As a Custody Asset Service Analyst/Associate, you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of Controls, Checks, Instructions, and Queries. You will manage group email boxes and internal enquiry management tools to resolve queries within prescribed service levels, collaborate with various teams to resolve operational issues, and manage your workload to meet team and departmental objectives. Your role will involve reviewing and updating processes to minimize risk, providing support and training to enhance the client experience, and assisting in managing the instruction process.

Job Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely and accurate completion of Controls, Checks, Instructions, and Queries daily.

* Manage group email boxes and internal enquiry management tools to resolve queries within prescribed service levels.

* Collaborate with Product, Network Management, Sub custodians, and vendors to resolve operational issues.

* Manage individual workload to meet team and departmental deadlines and objectives.

* Review and update processes or procedures to minimize risk and improve operations.

* Provide support, guidance, and training to enhance the global client experience.

* Adhere to all departmental procedures, policies, checkpoints, and controls.

* Assist the Senior Manager in managing the instruction process and balancing team workloads.

* Review manual Controls for Timely Execution and Checks for accuracy.
