Job Description
Job Title: Assessor
Duration: 4 Months (Possibility for multiple extensions.)
Location: Everett, WA 98204.
Pay Range: $30-$32/hr + Milage Expense Reimbursement
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Aerospace Assessor for Aerospace client. Must have technical skills to teach aerospace courses
The hiring manager is seeking candidates with prior training or instructional experience. Curriculum client specific training will be provided for this role.
Shift/Location
1ST Shift 5:30 AM-2:30PM possible shift +/- an hour (or) 2nd Shift 2:30-11:30 possible shift +/- an hour on ether shift.
Schedule requirements and overtime expectations: 40-43hrs/week.
Everett only with Travel up to 25% (Averages out to about 1 week per month to a new site, mileage will be reimbursed)
Mileage reimbursement for qualifying commutes (for miles driven beyond their home to their closest work location, they will submit expense)
Description:
Temps will be working an expected +/-32 hours/week depending on client demands.
Dress code is business' casual for both the interview and work, please make sure candidates know this. If they are not dressed appropriately for interviews the managers may end the interviews early.
The Industrial Skills Assessor works as part of the Instructor Resource Management team to assess aerospace industry courseware evaluations to our clients. Skill Requirements include:
Skill sets may include:
Electrical, Bond & Ground and/or Seal application/ Aircraft assembly,
Heavy and/or light Structure Drilling/ Fastener and/or rivet installation,
Production standards/ Power and hand tool usage
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical).
Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace in a complex industrial environment.
Communicating updates, issues, and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner.
Stay up to date on Aerospace and compliance requirements and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications:
1-3 years Training, leadership, or management experience preferred:
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record keeping skills
MS Office experience and comfortable learning new software
