Position Title: Tax/ Billing Analyst

Location: Melville, NY, 11747

Pay Rate: $22/hr to $25/hr on W2

Anticipated Start Date: 10/01/2025

Job Description:
JD is below:
* Candidate would help with the transition to the new billing system
* Review contracts to confirm billing accuracy and that invoices meet contractual terms
* Review invoices for accuracy
* Review new system invoices to old system invoices for comparison during transition
* Review and correct any glitches manually

Requirements:
* Strong research skills
* Quicky learner and able to review and resolve issues timely
* Strong background in billing
* Experience with AP/AR billing
* Experience with SAS billing would is preferred but not required
* Experience with Zuora billing system is preferred but not required (this is the system they will be using)
* Experience Avalara tax software is preferred but not required for the tax individual
