Client Services ManagerBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Client Services Manager for an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN! Summary:
- Position Title: Client Services Manager
- Location: Indianapolis, IN
- Anticipated Start Date: 05/06/2024
- Duration: Full-Time Employee
- Travel: Occasional local travel may be expected
- Work Requirement: W2, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
- Pay Range: $50,000/year to $65,000/year.
- years of experience within Services Delivery or business to business customer service as part of a team with results-driven measures captured and communicated to track and manage progress to plan and associated qualitative targets.
- written and verbal communication skills with proven history of maintaining client relationships and driving productive service outcomes and growth.
- degree in a related field will be a plus.
- Act as primary point-of-contact for clients to: understand program needs, communicate priorities and necessary timelines, as well as validate solution design to meet client expectations.
- Defining and documenting client program requirements, unique processes, and a RACI to define roles, responsibilities, task ownership, data owners and hand-offs within the client facing and internal BCforward Payforward activities.
- Manages daily, internal stand-up meeting, ensuring fully prepared to present daily inventory of requisitions, new request support activities and pipeline expectations, providing status updates, identifying areas of input or review for client POCs, and generally identifying issues or risks occurring impeding onboarding, speed to start or candidate experience (pre-hire and post-hire).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communications providing updates, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly through phone calls, emails, or chat channels in addition to utilizing any tools approved for Payforward use.
- Monitor daily service performance as well as progress according to plan for each 'class' or 'employee' in process, and identify any risks or issues impeding service fulfillment, triage through root cause analysis, and own resolution.
- Analyze client feedback and work cross-functionally to implement improvements to enhance overall candidate and client satisfaction.
