• Minimum 5+ years' experience with Qualitative and Quantitative research methods and techniques (Formulating human-centered research questions, hypotheses, or strategy)
• Minimum 5+ years' experience with Data collection and analysis.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience with Usability and product testing (Documentation and reporting)

Job Description:

Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years User Experience Research experience
• Master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field AND 6+ years User Experience Research experience
• Doctorate in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field AND 3+ years User Experience Research experience R equivalent experience.
