BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 2 (Part Time- 20 hours week) Professional Job for an opportunity at remote!

Position Title: Program Manager Tech 2

Location: remote (Monday-Friday, 20 hours week)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 03+ Months and possible of extension

Job Type: Contract and remote

Pay Range: $42 - $45/hr. on w2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Top Skills:

Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role. An IAPP privacy certification (such as CIPP) is a strong preference.

Minimum 2+ years' experience with fundamental privacy knowledge and education.

Minimum 1+ years' experience with a consulting background. (As they will need to be comfortable talking with a lot of different stakeholders that they don't already have a relationship with, helping them to understand the requirements and be able to communicate those).

Important soft skill - Ability to work and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in an ad hoc consulting capacity.

Minimum 2+ years' experience with experience performing Privacy Reviews.

Overview:

Join the CO+I Privacy Team as a part-time Privacy Manager to help drive privacy compliance and support privacy reviews for critical projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their privacy career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct privacy impact assessments and reviews.
• Support privacy-by-design initiatives and risk mitigation.
• Maintain documentation and assist with privacy inquiries.

  Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related fields.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and strong communication skills.
