Position Title: Data Analyst I
Location: (Hybrid) Yes, Indiana - Indianapolis (1 day onsite a week)
Anticipated Start Date: 1-2 weeks

Expected Duration: 10/22/2024 to 04/17/2025

Pay: $35-$38/hr

Please rank your preferred top skill sets:
Previous experience using Workday, Excel, Case management systems, and I-9's
Must have skills: Competent with workday, excel, experience using a case management system, I-9's, reporting, and attention to detail.
Teachable skills: More in-depth workday, excel, and reporting skills.

The Employee Data Specialist is a trusted partner for the business, ensuring an amazing employee experience. The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and has experience in HR Operations. This role will partner Employee Success (HR) Teams, Payroll, and IT to support process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Administer employee data changes
* Process new hires and ensure set up for a successful onboarding experience
* Assist with the involuntary and voluntary separation process
* Oversee manager self-service transactions
* Assist employees with questions regarding their last day of employment
* Manage the global work authorization program including auditing for accuracy and compliance
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
* Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and payroll teams
* Conduct data audits of employee data in Workday
* Provide back-up support to other team members on daily tasks
* Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
* Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Analyze and interpret employee/employment data

Required Skills/Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in human resources
* Previous experience with Workday or similar HRIS
* Proficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communications
* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
* Must be well organized with keen attention to detail
