Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager V to join our team on a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project management, financial stewardship, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to deliver medium to high-risk initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end internal project delivery for medium to moderately complex initiatives at local or sub-regional scale.
• Own project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting to meet or exceed approved budgets.
• Facilitate decision-making, information validation, and risk management across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Lead cross-functional teams of up to 20 internal and external resources, ensuring role clarity and delivery quality.
• Apply established policies, methods, and best practices while exercising independent judgment to resolve complex issues.
• Provide performance feedback input and development recommendations for project team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management or similar business roles delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise with project management policies, processes, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities across mid to upper management.

Preferred Skills:

• On the PMP certification path or equivalent professional development.
• Participation in a Project Management professional community or center of excellence.
