Job Description
We are seeking BI-lingual Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, inbound and outbound call handling, and help desk tools and a proven ability to deliver accurate information, document interactions, and follow regulated procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to address customer inquiries using established methods and scripts.
- Route calls to appropriate personnel when escalation or specialized support is required.
- Record call details and outcomes in account history and initiate confirmations as required.
- Process requests by sending faxes, returning messages, mailing documents, or using other communication channels under supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Customer service or telephone support experience (0+ years).
- Familiarity with organizational functions and personnel routing.
- Experience with fax machines, computer software, telephone systems, and help desk software.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication.

Additional Details
- Work from home. Must be able to work Monday through Friday with shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM CT. May require shift work.
- English and Spanish language support required for the program.
- Compliance with background checks: IDEMIA's process and criteria, federal checks for TSA/FBI contract-sensitive information, and state-specific checks as applicable.
- Remote agent protocols must comply with United States Government contract requirements.
