Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager, Ink & Toner Packaging Imagery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in packaging imagery production, digital asset management, and cross-functional project leadership and a proven ability to deliver accurate, metadata-complete image assets at scale and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end creation of packaging renders and photography, ensuring correct metadata and accurate upload to the content repository (DAM).
• Identify bottlenecks in production workflows and implement solutions to protect timelines.
• Monitor risks and escalate early with proposed mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and ensure timely, accurate asset delivery for all SKUs.
• Navigate internal systems and processes to maintain throughput and quality for high-volume image assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in packaging, creative agency, or high-tech marketing.
• Proficiency with digital asset management (DAM) workflows and metadata standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage hundreds of SKUs and assets.
• Clear, timely communication with sound judgment on escalation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with packaging renders, product photography, and content ingestion pipelines.
• Background in Agile or similar project delivery methodologies.
