Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to support Global Technology Risk & Regulatory Management.
The candidate will drive risk management activities across a designated technology portfolio, apply risk and technology subject matter expertise, and support timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks.
The role requires strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and collaboration with Technology, Operations, Audit, Compliance & Operational Risk, and Information Security partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support a risk portfolio for designated Technology Executives and their teams.
- Collect, analyze, and report accurate risk and control data to inform decisions.
- Identify root causes, support impact assessments, and drive risk reduction.
- Monitor issue health through the lifecycle, including action plan development and validation.
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve controls and reduce risk.
- Support CIO Key Risk Reviews (KRR), Issue Management routines, and Risk Framework adherence.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance support, Technology Risk Assessments, and Exam Engagement support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years in internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, compliance, or related roles within financial services or technology.
- Self-starter with strong organization and clear, concise communication skills.
- Problem solver who manages through ambiguity and balances priorities.
- Detail oriented with documentation review and risk reporting proficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment and meet deadlines.
- Technology domain knowledge with facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365; Microsoft Teams required.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar certifications.
- Operational risk or compliance experience in technology.
- Bank-specific risk management and governance experience.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners.
Engagement Details & Notes:
- Hybrid schedule.
Minimum 3 days onsite per week.
Onsite day 1 required. - Start date targeted for April or May.
- Approved worksites: Charlotte, NC (1-007-55-01), Jacksonville, FL (9-101-08-00), Plano, TX (2-973-05-38).
- Glider assessment with ID verification required.
- Max three candidate submissions per vendor.
- Please note on resume if 18-month tenure is not met, or if on cooling-off.
