Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic Global Markets UI horizontal team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full stack development with Python or Java, modern UI frameworks such as ReactJS, and real-time analytics pipeline design and a proven ability to plan and deliver compliant, high-quality releases while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, develop, test, execute, and communicate software releases.
• Collaborate with development peers and business partners to refine the book of work and drive development efforts.
• Create effective unit test coverage and own code quality improvements.
• Design and implement distributed data pipelines and real-time analytics solutions.
• Build and enhance UI components using ReactJS, ES6+, WebSockets, and desktop containers such as OpenFin or Electron.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD tooling using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and CodeBuild.
• Ensure enterprise and regulatory compliance for all releases and maintain product quality.
• Partner with Business and Technology teams to define target-state processes and improve data quality for Front Office and enterprise consumers.
• Drive end-to-end delivery in close coordination with the technology manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in full stack development using Python or Java and modern UI technologies.
• Hands-on UI development with ReactJS, ES6+, WebSockets, OpenFin/Electron, and Tailwind.
• Experience across SDLC/STLC phases and their interrelationships.
• Experience with distributed pipelines for analytics or ML-driven systems.
• CI/CD experience with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and CodeBuild.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in an object-oriented programming language.
• Motivated self-starter with strong organization.
• Exposure to Global Markets and financial asset classes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building analytics solutions for trading or front-office platforms.
• Experience with Agile delivery and release coordination.
