BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager IV for a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Title: Project Manager IV

Location: REMOTE

Anticipated Start Date: 4/7/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $78.73/hr-$85.48/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Support development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for Client's Global Expense, Cards, Payment programs, establishing robust policies and processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Support adoption and optimization of corporate card programs, enhancing financial efficiency and accountability through improved tracking, issuing, and reconciliation processes.
• Support RFP work on vendor review & selection to enable business objectives of optimizing fraud compliance, experience, efficiency.
• Support management of outsourced operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of business experience, with at least 5 years in Finance Operations or a related field, including global operations.
• Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments, navigating complex organizational structures and collaboration.
• Experience with data tools and platforms such as Concur, Oracle, and Excel, with experience analyzing financial data and preparing financial reporting outputs. Experience leading projects with the ability to set clear priorities and manage multiple demands and resources effectively.
• Proven track record of improving processes through innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners and leadership to effectively communicate and set project expectations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management is a plus. Proven ability to self-serve, investigate and get the required data necessary for the management of business projects. Experience in leading outsourced teams, managing supplier relationships, effectively.
