Pay Range: $40/hr - $44.27/hr

NOTE: Candidate must be authorized to work in US without any sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a hands-on Onsite Test Manager to lead test planning, automation strategy, and execution for advanced connectivity devices supporting our satellite broadband systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation using Selenium and API testing tools, with proven experience in Wi-Fi system validation. This role requires close collaboration with hardware, software, and network engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable performance of our consumer and enterprise connectivity products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the test team onsite in Houston, and available at client location on need basis

Should drive test strategy and execution for product releases.

Define and implement automated test solutions using Selenium (for UI) and Postman/RestAssured (for API) frameworks.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and pipelines for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Set up and manage test environments including Wi-Fi test beds, automation infrastructure, and network emulators.

Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.

Own test metrics, reporting, and quality dashboards.

Ensure testing aligns with agile product development and CI/CD practices.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of software or system testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.

Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured ).

Experience in automating tests for embedded devices, routers, modems, or IoT products.

Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and test result visualization tools.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Must be available full-time onsite in Houston, TX and ready to travel as needed.
