Position Title: IT Business Analyst V

Location: Charlotte, NC 28255

Job Type: 40 hours work week

Pay Rate: $50.00/hr - $53.00/hr on W2

Position Summary
. Own and manage CRQ creation, ensuring all fields meet ECM guidelines.
. Track remedy tasks and backout plans for each release.
. Coordinate with external teams for release representation and CRQ approval.
. Create and support release containers, resolving validation errors.
. Submit and review QA for releases.
. Coordinate with the release management team.
- Create and manage deployment plans .
- Coordinate deployments over weekends .
- Manage INCs with the APS team post-release.
- Create PIRs and complete all required fields after releases.
- Maintain release management pages as needed.
- Compile and submit evidence for all CRQs and release containers post-release.
