Content WriterBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Content Writer for a remote opportunity.Position Title: Content WriterLocation: RemoteAnticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. - Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years required for the role.
- Degrees or certifications required: There is no degree that is required for the role.
- Disqualifiers: Resumes with a lack of tech industry experience and less than 12 months on clock will not be eligible for the role.
- Best vs. Average: The best candidate will be someone with curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and feedback from the team.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team in CoreAI Platform and Tools to develop seamless end-to-end user experiences in Azure AI Foundry.
- Design and write content for in-product experiences that help customers achieve their goals
- Design experiences through the lens of language, leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy.
- Understand, employ, and evangelize our content design principles, coherence guidelines, and content design evaluation tools.
- Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and innovations and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders
- Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.
- Work directly with design, engineering, PM, and developers to create and refine product features.
- Utilize research and data to extract user insights that inform design decisions.
- Follow design system patterns, brand voice principles, and style guides to ensure accessibility and usability.
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
- 8-10 years' product design experience with an emphasis on content.
- Proficient in Figma and Microsoft products.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end
- Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile software development lifecycle
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Figma
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with generative AI technology- back end or front end
- Minimum 5 years UX experience
