BCforward and Data Recognition Corporation are recruiting Indiana educators to be involved in the scoring process for the upcoming ILEARN Spring 2026.

REQUIREMENTS

• Holds teaching experience as an educator at an accredited Indiana school.
• Holds an active instructional, administrative, or school services Indiana license.
• Access to computer (with audio/microphone), high-speed internet, secure work location.
• Ability to apply required criteria via consistent, reliable scoring throughout the process.
• Commitment to attend required training and maintain security and confidentiality.

REMOTE SCORING POLICY

All test scorers will be required to adhere to the remote scoring policy below:

• All training and scoring must be conducted from the United States-based home address that is on file.
• Attempts to work from locations other than the listed address, including from non-US-based IP addresses, will be blocked.
• The use of any VPN (Virtual Private Network) is strictly prohibited.
• All attempts to use a VPN will be blocked and result in project dismissal.
• Additional instructions regarding DRC's remote scoring requirements will be provided.

COMMITMENT AND PAY RATE

$22.50 per hour for all educators
ILEARN Operational Scoring Window: April 7 - May 15, 2026

Work Hours and Commitment:
Evening Shifts

• 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. EST
• 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. CST
• Mandatory Training and Qualification: 3-5 consecutive days of training before scoring begins. After mandatory training, you will adhere to your requested schedule.
• Required Commitment After Training: Minimum 3 nights per week during the scoring window. You must provide the three days of the week you commit to work on the application. If you need to alter your schedule, please contact BCforward for approval and then notify your DRC supervisor.

Day Shift Option 1

• 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST
• 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
• Mandatory Training and Qualification: 3-5 consecutive days of training before scoring begins. After mandatory training, you will adhere to your requested schedule.
• Required Commitment After Training: 3-4 days of work TOTAL for the entire scoring window. NOTE: These days will not be per week. You must provide the 3-4 days you commit to score on your application. You must have approval from your school to attend mandatory training and score on the 3-4 days.

Day Shift Option 2

• 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST
• 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
• Mandatory Training and Qualification: 3-5 consecutive days of training before scoring begins. After mandatory training, you will adhere to your requested schedule.
• Required Commitment After Training: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST/CST.

Educators cannot work during times that overlap with current contractual commitments.
