Job Description

We are seeking a Second Shift MAPS Finance Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting FICC and Markets lines of business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in front-office trading support, incident/problem/change management, and production stability and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems, coordinate high-impact incident restoration, and drive efficiency through tooling and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as first point of contact for business requests and reported impact during second shift.
• Monitor and manage alerts for critical trading system environments with ITRS Enterprise and related tools.
• Lead and execute release implementations and perform post-release testing.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with business stakeholders, application development, and infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, and data flows.
• Proactively identify problem hotspots and drive resolutions to improve stability.
• Develop scripts and tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and automation.
• Facilitate daily technical change meetings and ensure adherence to Change Management procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Linux and Windows; working knowledge of Solaris.
• Scripting with Unix shell, Python, Perl, and SQL at an intermediate level, including joins and aggregations.
• Experience in incident, problem, and release management within high-pressure trading environments.
• Understanding of grid computing, batch management, and core infrastructure disciplines such as network, server, storage, and messaging.
• Ability to generate reports using Tableau and MS Office and communicate findings clearly.
• Well-rounded understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and strict adherence to Change Management policies.
• Demonstrated experience supporting traders and coordinating restoration efforts for high-impact incidents.

Preferred Skills:

• FICC product exposure and Markets front-office support experience.
• Experience with ITRS Enterprise monitoring configuration and tuning.
