Title: Outbound Tele Sales RepresentativeLocation: RemoteDuration: 7 Months (Potential chances for extension) Summary:The main function of a sales representative is to assist EDU Account Executives in selling AI Business Process solutions to EDU K12 and Community Colleges in the Americas. You will collaborate with senior team members to manage the pipeline of the assigned territory in this solution area and support the development of a portfolio and territory plan. An understanding of Low Code, CRM and/or ERP applications including Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce and how they translate into business impact and valueJob Responsibilities:
- Manage opportunity pipeline and upcoming licensing renewals directly with customers as well as in collaboration with EDU account teams
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Experience with customer licensing agreements and an understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions
- Assist Account Executives in renewing their customers licensing agreements and recommend Dynamics and Power Platform solutions to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
- Contact regular and prospective customers to coordinate solution demos, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Work with partners to quote prices, organize demo's and build new pipeline
- Work with and hand off to Customer Support resources to address customer challenges post purchase
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories and following leads from existing pipeline generating activities
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Disqualifiers: Candidates who have never been in a sales role and who do not know about Microsoft products will not be eligible for the role.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with customer licensing agreements and an understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. Fluent in Spanish is a major plus!!!
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Strong knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Cloud Software sales Experience
- Sales opportunity and pipeline management
