Job Description

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst I (Junior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools, with beneficial exposure to FISERV products, and a proven ability to support customers, execute QA testing, and configure complex product settings accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, clear, solution-focused support to producer and retail customers.
  • Execute QA testing for product enhancements and document results.
  • Set up complex product configurations and customer online access per defined processes.
  • Manage multiple tickets and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, common web browsers, and Adobe tools.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to follow processes completely and accurately.
  • Experience with QA testing and documentation for product enhancements.
  • Ability to configure products and provision customer online access.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a ticket-driven environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication with diverse customer groups.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with FISERV products.
  • Background supporting financial services applications.
