Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product assembly, production quality control, and safe equipment operation and a proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure quality control during assembly.
• Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output goals.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and follow safety procedures.
• Identify and report issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork.
• Proficiency in industry tools and basic manufacturing software.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
