Pay Range: $80 - $85/hr. on W2.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instruments
• Conduct testing and analysis related to electrical circuits, signal integrity, I-V and RF tests, and optical microscopy
• Manage procurement and inventory control of lab supplies and equipment
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to lab technicians, engineers, and other team members
• Ensure compliance with ISO accreditations and audit requirements
• Generate detailed technical reports and deliver clear presentations
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Minimum Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of related industry experience with hands-on work using lab tools and basic test equipment.
• Strong background in electrical testing (Signal Integrity, Circuit design, I-V and RF tests), optical methods (Thermal and Light Microscopy), and design tools (SolidWorks, 3D printing, CT scanning).
• Expertise in lab equipment protocols, calibration, and configuration.
• Experience in procurement and inventory management for laboratory supplies and test equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO accreditation processes and audit requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with machine learning-based hardware systems, embedded electronics, and wireless modules for predictive diagnostics is a plus.

Years of Experience:

• 4+ years of related industry experience with hands-on work using lab tools and basic test equipment.

  Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong background in electrical testing (Signal Integrity, Circuit design, I-V and RF tests).
• Proficiency in operating, calibrating, and configuring lab instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, RF signal generators, multimeters, optical microscopy)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instruments
• Conduct testing and analysis related to electrical circuits, signal integrity, I-V and RF tests, and optical microscopy
• Manage procurement and inventory control of lab supplies and equipment
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to lab technicians, engineers, and other team members
• Ensure compliance with ISO accreditations and audit requirements
• Generate detailed technical reports and deliver clear presentations
