Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager - Tech Delivery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology finance, corporate forecasting, and cross-functional delivery and a proven ability to connect business strategy to financial plans and drive enterprise initiatives to outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable financial solutions that optimize consumption of product offerings and drive efficiencies through expense reduction, benchmarking, and product rationalization.
  • Deliver operational controls and forecasting routines while maintaining awareness of initiative planning, risk and opportunity management, and audit-related matters.
  • Coordinate expense management routines to drive transparency and consistency across business products.
  • Analyze large vendor datasets to develop spending profiles and actionable insights.
  • Support development and improvement of business case analytics, including financial modeling, what-if scenarios, and asset management.
  • Consolidate and develop forecasts for enterprise products and services that enable bank operations.
  • Serve as GT&O process owner embedding governance, best practices, and financial control processes across functions.
  • Document and assess best practices to support operational excellence across key routines and processes.
  • Work with volumetric figures to assess impacts to cost structures and capacity.
  • Collaborate to identify risks, drive prompt remediation, and support business continuity decisions.
  • Manage portfolios at a global scale with direct involvement in EMEA and APAC and support for LATAM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years developing complex financial and business analysis, preferably supporting a technology business.
  • Strong financial background with knowledge of Technology Finance, initiative processes, and corporate forecasting, including base budgeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demand-driven environment.
  • Effective and efficient communication with senior management.
  • Proven ability to connect business strategy to financial plans and models and drive achievement of targets.
  • Experience leading or working in cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
  • Understanding of decision support tools such as benchmarking, business cases, vendor and RFP analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to decompose complex issues and make timely decisions, knowing when to engage others and when to act independently.
  • Enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Global Technology or COO functions supporting enterprise initiatives.
  • Background working with global portfolios across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
