Job Title: Python Developer

Schedule: Completely onsite position

Experience Level: 4-9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows using Python and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs), ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency across varied use cases.

• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and secure cloud-hosted environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Implement human-in-the-loop and quality assurance mechanisms to maintain compliance, auditability, and reproducibility.

• Establish documentation standards for workflows, supporting governance, prompt version control, and knowledge transfer across teams.

• Contribute to firm-wide engineering practices including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, cloud-native development, and secure/resilient architecture design.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in AI/ML, prompt engineering, and software delivery, sharing insights through internal knowledge sessions or external publications.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar).

• Proven expertise in prompt design, optimization, and chaining using OpenAI or comparable APIs.

• Strong understanding of AI governance, model uncertainty, and prompt reproducibility best practices.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI workflows with enterprise data sources, APIs, and microservices.

• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with product, risk, and compliance stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership in Agile environments, coaching teams and driving engineering excellence.
