Pay rate: $40.00/hr on W2
Need: Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial auto claims, with proven expertise in coverage, laws, and handling complex bodily injury and litigated cases.

A TPA background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment are highly desirable.

Essential Responsibilities
- Handle and process commercial auto bodily injury (BI) claims, ensuring proper documentation, coding, and timely action.
- Manage all aspects of litigated claims, including coordination with defense counsel, case strategy, and settlement negotiations.
- Develop and execute action plans to ensure compliance with state-mandated deadlines and company best practices.
- Communicate claim status, findings, and next steps with insureds, clients, agents, and brokers as appropriate.
- Evaluate coverage issues, determine liability, and assess damages to support fair and timely claim resolution.
- Participate in and present case updates to internal and external stakeholders, including management and clients.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support organizational quality and compliance programs.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Travel as required.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications related to claims or insurance preferred.
- Must hold and maintain adjuster licenses in all 48 contiguous U.S. states (or be eligible to obtain).
- Minimum 5 years of commercial auto claims management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial auto policies, coverages, principles, and relevant laws.
- Proven ability to manage mid- to high-severity bodily injury claims and litigated files.
Skills & Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of commercial auto coverages, claims procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, claim evaluation, and Medicare compliance.
- Proficiency with deductibles, sub-limits, SIRs, carrier programs, and large-deductible structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other claims management systems.
- Effective team player capable of meeting or exceeding service-level expectations.
Work Environment
- Mental: Requires sound judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Physical: Regular computer use; travel as required.
- Auditory/Visual: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
