Billing Manager

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Billing Manager in Melville NY!

Location: Melville NY

Anticipated Start Date: 09/22

Expected Duration: 3+ months contract + Renewable

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

• Candidate would help with the transition to the new billing system
• Review contracts to confirm billing accuracy and that invoices meet contractual terms
• Review invoices for accuracy
• Review new system invoices to old system invoices for comparison during transition
• Review and correct any glitches manually

• Strong research skills

• Quicky learner and able to review and resolve issues timely
• Strong background in billing
• Experience with AP/AR billing
• Experience with SAS billing would is preferred but not required
• Experience with Zuora billing system is preferred but not required (this is the system they will be using)
• Experience Avalara tax software is preferred but not required for the tax individual
