Position Title: AIS Investor Specialist

Location: Jersey City, NJ 07310 ( Onsite Job )

Contract duration : 9 months contract will convert to fulltime perm

Payrate : This position pays $70 per hour on W2

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as main contact for clients and investors; resolve queries quickly and accurately.

• Build strong relationships with clients, investors, AIS teams, and cross-functional partners.

• Oversee investor transaction workflow, including maker/checker reviews and documentation (KYC/AML).

• Perform quality checks on investor and fund activity.

• Ensure end-to-end process accuracy and compliance with risk policies.

• Support system implementations, data migrations, and operating model enhancements.

• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

• Contribute to global service model adoption and remediation efforts.

• Coach junior staff and assist with MIS/KPI reporting.

• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain strong process documentation and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in alternative investment servicing with strong investor relations and regulatory knowledge.

• Solid understanding of hedge fund operations, asset classes, and fund structures.

• Proven effectiveness in matrixed environments and delivering solutions on time and within budget.

• Team leadership experience with strong coaching and feedback skills.

• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of industry regulations, risk, and control frameworks.

• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong decision-making and ability to work independently with senior-level stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and effective with limited supervision.
