Job Description

We are seeking a US-IT Business Consultant V (Tier 3) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, advanced networking, and cybersecurity and a proven ability to drive business engagement with IT and deliver cross-functional technology strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting to businesses, functions, and geographies that utilize IT services to ensure effective engagement.
• Understand business goals and represent needs to the IT organization to inform plans and priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business, function, and geography.
• Align requirements with IT roadmaps and facilitate stakeholder involvement to define scope and gather feedback.
• Identify opportunities to leverage IT solutions across organizations and regions.
• Establish and improve processes for ongoing relationship and demand management.
• Communicate IT standards, solutions, processes, and policies to stakeholder groups.
• Connect stakeholders with appropriate IT technical resources for detailed solution discussions.
• Develop strategy and lead large, cross-division teams or projects that affect long-term objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project management expertise with proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Advanced networking knowledge, including enterprise network architectures and operations.
• Cybersecurity acumen across governance, risk, compliance, and secure solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to formulate strategy and exercise independent judgment in complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, or master's degree with 10+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading cross-division, multi-function programs.
• Background in enterprise IT standards, policy communication, and adoption.
