Location: 100% On-site (Indianapolis, IN)
Duration: Temp - 6 months, possible extension up to 12 months
Pay Range: $38 - $40/hr (W2)

Job Description
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Auditor to join our dynamic team supporting INPRS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in identity and access management, IT service desk operations, and IT auditing, and a proven ability to execute comprehensive account management audits, validate employment status, and identify segregation of duties conflicts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full audit of user accounts across assigned applications.
- Cross-reference active user accounts with INPRS HR audit data to verify employment status.
- Identify and document inactive or orphaned accounts for deactivation.
- Use the Segregation of Duties Matrix to assess role assignments and flag conflicts or violations.
- Maintain detailed records of audit findings and remediation actions.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Service Desk Manager and IT Security team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in IT service desk operations, identity and access management (IAM), or IT auditing.
- Familiarity with user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Understanding of segregation of duties principles and access control best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience auditing user access across enterprise applications.
- Prior collaboration with Service Desk and IT Security teams.
