BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Solutions Live Program Manager for a Remote!


Position Title: Solutions Live Program Manager

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 12/24/2025

Expected Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $50.00/hr-$55.00/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).


Job Description:

The Solutions Live Program Manager is tasked with the comprehensive, end-to-end management and execution of global training programs, prioritizing operational excellence, robust stakeholder engagement, scalability, and data-informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
Documented experience managing complex, global training and enablement programs; demonstrated strong project management and organizational proficiencies; exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; advanced proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom,
Workplace); proven capacity to operate effectively across multiple international regions and disparate time zones; and extensive experience in data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and leveraging data to strategically drive program direction.

Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5

Must-Have Skills :
1. Global Program Management: Proven ability to manage complex, global training or large-scale enablement programs.
2. Project Management & Organization: Expertise in project management methodologies, operational excellence, and superior organizational skills.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written/verbal communication and advanced stakeholder engagement proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Data Analytics & Reporting: Extract, analyse, and synthesize data to inform program strategy and continuous improvement.
2. Virtual Training Platforms Proficiency: Advanced skills in platforms like Zoom, Workplace, and collaboration tools.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse, multi-regional teams across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Degrees/Certifications
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Communications, or a technical discipline).
? Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master's in Organizational Development) are preferred but not always required.
? Project Management certifications

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
? Manage intake, prioritization, scheduling, and execution of global training programs.
? Coordinate with stakeholders to define learning objectives, develop content, and manage logistics.
? Oversee live session facilitation, technical support, and post-session follow-up.
? Analyse attendance, engagement, and feedback data to drive improvements.
? Publish training schedules and maintain oversight of the global training calendar.
