About the role.
- This is 100% Printer and PC break fix.
- Mainly Printer break fix but some PC.
- Must have good credit score for BI
- Good reliable car (Going to be driving to specific customer locations around the Austin, TX area. Example of site support locations are Round Rock and Killeen, Texas.
- Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
- Travel Around Austin, TX. Traveling role to customer sites. Could be 1 hour a day driving could be 3 hours. I would say a good range would be 1 to 3 hours a day depending.
- Besides printer break fix and PC break fix having someone that has experience with Microsoft Teams, email/text, and HP mobile application to track tickets (there will be training on HP application.)
