BC Forward is looking for Mail Production Specialist in Farmington, MO 63640.

Position Title:
Mail Production Specialist

Locations: 1350 Airpark Drive, Farmington, MO 63640.
Anticipated Start Date: 11/03
Expected Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract with possible extension and Temp to Hire
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST (40 hours per week). Overtime hours flex daily based on mail volume, with up to 8 hours of overtime per week as needed.
Pay Rate $19.00/hr. on W2
Need: High school diploma required; 3 months to 1 year of production-related experience preferred. Previous production or mailroom experience.




Job Description:
Position Purpose
To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and accurately.

Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 months to 1 year of production-related experience preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence.
  • Scan incoming correspondence and record specified incoming documents.
  • Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims.
  • Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors.
  • Lift and move totes weighing 35-40 pounds.
  • Mandatory overtime is required.
