Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Intermediate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack or backend application development, Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, and cloud-native practices and a proven ability to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable and secure software.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software using modern toolsets.
• Apply multiple design techniques and engineering best practices to deliver scalable solutions.
• Work within Agile frameworks to plan sprints, refine backlog, and deliver increments.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Contribute to secure, resilient, and observable cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate across analysis, development, testing, and operations to enhance software quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Working proficiency with development toolsets for source control, build, test automation, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in at least one common framework.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Test-Driven Development, cloud development, application resiliency, and security practices.
• Understanding of software engineering disciplines, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with public cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code.
• Background in Agile/Scrum with participation in ceremonies and backlog refinement.
