Job Responsibilities:
As Executive Director - Investor Relations - Transfer Agency (IR), you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the IR function within Alternative Investment Services (AIS).

• You will be responsible for setting the vision, driving the execution of key initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class IR services to our clients and their investors.
  
• You will lead a high-performing team, champion change management, and partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to optimize processes, mitigate risk, and deliver on business objectives.
  
• About Alternative Investor Relations Operations (IR) Alternative Investor Relations Operations provides an end-to-end service offering to alternative investment clients (hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, and private equity funds) and their investors.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the IR team, ensuring alignment with AIS and CIB business objectives.
  
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client and investor matters, demonstrating deep expertise and sound judgment in resolving issues.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, investors, and internal partners across AIS and the broader client organization.
  
• Oversee and enhance the end-to-end investor relations operating model, driving innovation, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
  
• Lead large-scale change initiatives, including systems implementations, data migrations, and re-engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
  
• Champion a culture of client service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.
  
• Oversee the execution of regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring robust controls and adherence to global standards.
  
• Drive the adoption and evolution of the "follow-the-sun" service model, ensuring seamless global service delivery.
  
• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project.
  
• Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
