Position Title: UX Research

Location: 10300 Energy DR, Spring, TX, USA, 77389 (Hybrid)

Anticipated Start Date: 01/01/2026

Expected Duration: 24+months strong possibility for extension

Pay: $45/hr to $48/hr on

Job Description:

A passionate UX researcher with expertise in Customer Journey, who can uncover insights that drive exceptional customer experiences. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify pain points, inspire solutions, and foster collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Journey Analysis:
- Conduct interviews and research to identify pain points and opportunities throughout the customer journey.
- Translate findings into actionable insights that inspire innovative solutions.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present insights clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to align on priorities and drive change.

3. Project Management:
- Coordinate with internal HP stakeholders and external customers to schedule interviews and meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain detailed documentation for all activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, journey mapping, or related roles.
- Strong ability to conduct interviews and synthesize feedback into meaningful insights.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Proven track record of cross-team collaboration and communication.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management skills.
