Job Description
We are seeking an Endpoint Coordinator to join our team supporting endpoint lifecycle operations at Mayo Clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer liaison activities, device lifecycle coordination, and endpoint operations and a proven ability to manage ordering and deployment workflows, resolve device-related issues, and deliver clear customer communications.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ordering, configuration, installation, and removal of computers, printers, copiers, and peripherals across campuses.
- Serve as primary liaison for moves, adds, and changes in the workstation environment.
- Engage customers to assess service requests, preferred configurations, product inquiries, and returns.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements to ensure accurate and complete product orders that meet needs.
- Place and track equipment orders in Lawson, troubleshoot ordering issues, and coordinate with senior staff and Supply Chain Management.
- Provide timely updates on order status and device lifecycle activities to stakeholders.
- Support the Device Replacement/Refresh program, including preparation of requests and follow-up on missing or unreturned equipment.
- Apply project coordination practices to improve order lifecycle processes and documentation quality.
- Document and communicate procedures for hardware and software requirements, purchase requisitions, and scheduling of moves/adds/changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across PC and Mac endpoints.
- Working knowledge of endpoint hardware and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
- Understanding of core IT terms and concepts (CPU, Internet, Networking, Client/Server, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with ticket tracking systems and documentation standards for endpoint operations.
- Effective interpersonal communication, customer service, and time management in a team setting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to special projects and high-priority orders.
- Education and experience as outlined below.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic project coordination experience.
Education:
- High School or GED with four (4) years in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service. OR
- Associate's degree with two (2) years in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service. OR
- Bachelor's degree and strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Certifications & Licensure:
- None required.

- English. Read, write, and speak.
