Job Description

We are seeking a Hardware Management Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise end-user hardware lifecycle management, device provisioning, and customer-focused request fulfillment and a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely hardware services that meet SLAs and enhance end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Hardware lifecycle management. Coordinate deployment, refresh, and retirement of laptops and peripherals with accurate asset tracking.
  • Request fulfillment. Process hardware requests from intake through approval, configuration, and delivery while meeting SLAs and communicating status.
  • Provisioning and configuration. Image, configure, and validate devices to enterprise standards, including software, security, and network access.
  • End-user support. Troubleshoot basic hardware issues, partner with service desk and walk-up teams, and resolve or escalate promptly.
  • Compliance and security. Follow and enforce device security, data protection, and return processes for terminations, leaves, and role changes.
  • Continuous improvement. Identify recurring pain points and recommend process enhancements to improve experience and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise hardware management for laptops, monitors, docks, and peripherals in a corporate setting.
  • Customer service orientation with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities with attention to detail and adherence to policy.
  • Schedule: Full Time.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with asset management tools and lifecycle processes, including procure, deploy, support, and retire.
