Job Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our Fraud Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile delivery, requirements analysis, and release coordination within technology teams and a proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, executable specifications and drive concurrent project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Produce BRDs, epics, user stories, wireframes, process flows, data mappings, test plans, and use cases.
• Partner with multiple agile development teams to refine requirements into executable specifications.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end deliveries from discovery through testing and release.
• Manage releases across environments, including production, and perform post-release validation.
• Maintain full traceability from requirements through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI planning and retrospectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the technical domain to inform scope and solution decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years on technology delivery teams as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• 3+ years driving at least five concurrent technology deliverables of varying sizes.
• Hands-on Agile experience, including PI planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and collaborate across teams.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end deliveries from requirements through testing and release.
• Proficiency producing BRDs, epics, user stories, wireframes, flows, data mapping, test plans, and scenarios.
• Experience working with agile teams of developers, scrum masters, product owners, analysts, and testers.
• Tool proficiency: JIRA, SharePoint, Wiki, and ALM for requirements, SDLC, knowledge sharing, and issue tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Financial services or banking industry experience.
• Fraud detection, prevention, servicing, and/or claims experience.
• Prior software development experience.

Work Arrangement and Start Date

• Hybrid. Minimum three days onsite per week. Onsite day one.
• Target start date: June or July.
• Glider assessment with ID verification is required.
• Max three candidate submissions per vendor.
