Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to lead a technical migration from IdentityIQ (IIQ) to Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The objective is to modernize the IGA platform by replacing custom workflows and Java plugins with standardized cloud capabilities using native ISC Transforms, Workflows, and REST APIs. The role will emphasize rationalization over replication to reduce technical debt and deliver a scalable, maintainable identity program.

Work Arrangement:

• Onsite Monday through Thursday. Remote on Friday.
• If a holiday falls on an onsite workday, onsite work is required on Friday.
• Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end migration from SailPoint IIQ to Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Audit and reverse-engineer legacy Java Plugins and BeanShell Workflows to derive business logic.
• Refactor and retire custom IIQ workflows by adopting native ISC features to reduce technical debt.
• Design and implement ISC Transforms, Workflows, and Lifecycle States to replace rule-based logic.
• Leverage SailPoint REST APIs and ISC Connectivity for data migration and integrations.
• Re-model roles and entitlements into streamlined, ISC-compatible access structures.
• Implement event triggers and external automation where ISC requires extensibility.
• Contribute to microservices and containerized solutions supporting the identity platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership of SailPoint migrations from IIQ to ISC.
• Expertise auditing Java-based Plugins and BeanShell Workflows to extract logic.
• Advanced proficiency with ISC Transforms, Workflows, and Lifecycle States.
• Hands-on with SailPoint REST APIs and ISC Connectivity framework.
• Experience rationalizing legacy roles and entitlements for ISC.
• Microservices and containerized application development experience.
• Knowledge of SailPoint Event Triggers and external automation patterns.
• Education: Bachelor's in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, or 8+ years equivalent IAM experience.
• Experience: 5+ years enterprise identity engineering with at least one full IIQ-to-ISC migration.
• SailPoint tenure: 4+ years IIQ development and 2+ years ISC development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying ML solutions in Azure, Kubernetes, or microservices.
• Understanding of secure coding and responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with SailPoint Roles Insights or AI-driven access recommendations.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
