BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst for an opportunity at Eagan-MN Location!

Position Title: Vendor Management Analyst

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 11/3/2025

Expected Duration: 7+ months

Job Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote

Pay Range: $30/hr to $35/hr

Key responsibilities:

System Management & Support

• Maintain the VMS (Workday VNDLY), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement fixes or escalate with recommended solutions.
• Handle wage data updates (rate cards, job postings, bulk uploads).
• Support testing and configuration updates.
• Manage vendor distribution lists and user access.

Data & Reporting

• Build and maintain VNDLY reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Audit system data and analyze vendor trends, compliance, spending, and performance.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve workforce program health.

Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement

• Train users and vendors on system best practices.
• Support vendor setup, financial integration, and system access across global regions.
• Facilitate ongoing communication and resolution of issues with vendors and internal managers.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and automate wherever possible.
• Recommend and implement improvements for data accuracy and process speed.

Invoice Support

• Validate invoices and resolve payment inquiries.
• Expedite invoice processing to meet payment deadlines.

System Configuration

• Perform backend updates and configurations to support global rollouts.
• Ensure the system meets business and geographic needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of VMS experience (especially Workday VNDLY)
• Strong Excel and/or Smartsheet reporting skills
• Experience in backend system support and configuration
• Global exposure to contingent workforce programs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred:
• Experience with additional VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline)
• Familiarity with global vendor and contingent workforce compliance
