Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Programmer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Informatica ETL, and Linux/Unix engineering and a proven ability to deliver scalable data solutions for sanctions and AML screening on enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in an Agile scrum team with daily collaboration.
• Engage with product owners and business partners to refine requirements and priorities.
• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for large-scale data processing.
• Build and optimize Informatica (PowerCenter/IDMC) ETL workflows on Linux/Unix.
• Estimate, groom, and deliver user stories on schedule with quality.
• Implement Enterprise Sanctions and AML screening on the NetReveal platform.
• Model relational and dimensional schemas, including Star and Snowflake designs.
• Tune queries and applications for performance in high-volume environments.
• Integrate data warehouses with BI platforms and support dashboard delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with deep knowledge of Oracle database architecture.
• Strong proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC, and Linux/Unix scripting.
• Advanced performance tuning for queries and ETL in large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with relational and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience in sanctions and AML domains or financial crimes solutions.
• Agile delivery experience with Jira and scrum ceremonies participation.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and self-directed work style.
• 15+ years of application development experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NetReveal platform for screening implementations.
• Hadoop ecosystem knowledge and distributed systems experience.
• Tableau and Power BI development for dashboards and analytics.
• Familiarity with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
• Containers and cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to APIs, Spring, Java, Kafka, MQ, and YAML.
• Banking and financial services experience, including PEP and negative news screening.
